The Art of Meditation is a container of 21 days of meditation to anchor into a meditation practice with clarity and knowledge of what meditation is and what it is not, how to practice and how it positively affects our brains and lives. Details: Opening session: January 2nd, 2026 Closing Session: January 23rd. 2026 We gather each Friday at 9 am pst. (4 Fridays) - Recording available. You receive: - 7 (seven) - 15 minute guided meditations. - 1 Written and recorded lecture a week. - 21 Daily emails with reminders and suggestions for each day. - 4 Live Sessions (Fridays at 9 am pst).
