You will receive 7 guided meditations (1 every 3 days) taking you deeper into living with an open heart, living with less resistance and more presence, and awake to your innate essence.
5 Live online session with Shawni to meditate together, connect and answer any questions you might have (once a week + a closing session).
Shawni offers personal guidance on the 5 live sessions and daily in the Whatsapp Group if and when questions come up.
Connect as much as you want with your course companions.
Each participant will be added into our private Whatsapp group where we can stay connected, receive extra support from Shawni, and ask questions throughout the program.
